I have worked as a Novell Network Administrator. I would like to learn Windows 2003 Server admin. Can someone come my home and teach me?

I am not sure why you want tutor at home (must be to do with kids) ... I can't help you in that regard.

But I can pass on PDFs that might be helpful. If you were Network Admin, it won't be difficult for you to understand the concept. Get a high end desktop with good processor & memory, Load Virtual Machine & start Rocking.
