HI CD members....Need your help again!!! pls guide

i came to canada since July 2002 on student visa. did my graduation in Computer Network Operations and Graduated in july 2003. Got One yr work permit with one canadian employer uptil October 2004. I worked with them as An Network Administrator for one yr. After October 2004 to July 2005 i didint work in my field and did odd job becoz of status problem in canada. Now i got my PR for canada. In the mid time i got an offer from USA for H1B from one of the company and will get my approval by the end of this month.....

Now i am confuse that if i will go to torotno US consulate for H1B stamping , weather they gona ask me wat i did since last 8 months in canada ???? or weather i go to india for H1b Stamping????

i am really confuse here wat should i do......i am going to india in the month of august and will come back in september.......weather i should apply in India or will it be good if i apply in canada.........wat questions can be asked ???

pls guide if someone have same procedure......

Since you are a PR of canada, You should be fine applying for a Visa from toronto . Just tell them you were looking for a job. You should be fine . It is not a crime to be unemployed .

You will surely get your H1b visa stamped if everything else is in order
