You might want to post your resume too. I've had people call me off that listing. Also, go into directories and look for an ebook called "The Big Source". This is the who's who in marketing agencies. There is a section for PR and communications. You might want to approach them.

The beauty of this site is that there is no agency allowed, and companies post for free. It is a search based site like google, and the results are sorta similar to google.
