Hi,

My brother got I-130 Approval in May 21st We just want to know that what would be the next step

A) Will they forward his file to Toronto Embassy for further processing OR do we have to apply in Toronto US Embassy on the basis of I130 approval?

b) How much time usually they take from Toronto (Spouse Case)
