Hi, i have aseesed for immigration... i have a doubt, i have done masters from Osmania univ.(full-time) but before that..., i did graduation BA which i did in one sitting... all 3years subjects(this is for those who have a study gap after intermediate... Osmania univ had this system till 1997 mine is last batch) (after this i did MBA(fulltime) from Osmania university.) so is it considered a 1 year study? will this affect my points for education? now i am studying in UK... i have 3 yrs 6mnths prior work exp. i'll be greateful if you give me information regarding this.

the law says you should be awarded points for a bachelor's degree & 3 yrs, even if you completed the course in less than the usual time as long as the course was designed as an accelerated one.
