Cheap accountant required

I am looking for an accountant who can file my simple and streight forward tax returns in canada (for more than one year) and also take care of my nr6 form every month.

my status is deemed non-resident ( BTW I have no idea what the heck is that, y not just non-resident)

If somebody read my post who also lives in US, please provide some guideline how to file taxes and amedments etc.
