I would like to know everything about it.
1) The process lead time
2) Steps
3) Min wages / hour (40 hour / week)
4) Sucess rate for them to get visa and immigration after 2 years

It's hard to write everything about this topic here. Essentially, you have to satisfy HRDC that you need a LICG.

The LICG has to have either 6 months training or 12 months experience, at least High School & fluency in Eng or French.

HRDC approves in a few weeks and gives validation.

The prospective LICG applies for work permit at embassy overseas. Takes a few days. May be interviewed. No guarantee. Less chance if LICG is relative.

Once here as a LICG, PR visa is easy after 2 yrs.

thanks Masood for your reply. Just for my own knowledge the key thing which I want to know is what is the prevailing acceptable rate according to HRDC canada, on which you you get approval
I am looking for answer like this: for example
Hourly rate: $ 7 /hour
Min Weekly hours: 40
Weekly gross salary: $ 280 /week
Maximum deduction for food and accomodation: $ 85/week
Other liability: vacation pay 3~4%
CPP: 4.2%
EI - 2.2%

I need to know this details before I proceed to go for this case. Anyone's help will be appreciated.
