I wish to apply for Manitoba PNP.

Can anybody tell me how much time it takes in receiving Nomination certificate ?
And what factors may speed up the processing ?

Is interview held in Manitoba PNP as if interview will be there, processing time may increase.

How much time it takes after applying at New Delhi visa post as a Manitoba Nomination ?

Anybody who has the same experience on the basis of Manitoba PNP ?
