Hi - can someone please let me know the tax structure in Canada? I'm presently in the US and planning to move to Canada. I'm hearing the taxes are too high above $55K/year compared to the US. I have a family with 2 dependants. Can someone shed some light?

Macro-economic analyst.

Six-figure income anywhere from $100,000 - $250,000 ekdum depending where u r hired in Canada, East Europe, Egypt, India, Hong Kong, China (arey, not tolding China and HK same, peoples hired from the China paid half yaan less than counterparts from HK).

Damn diff to get job. Most people hired in country of origin and brought here on contract. One Mumbai champ just recently hired and coming here for $100,000- Gujju to boot. Ekdum solid knowledgeable.Also people from East Europe coming in at less than that. France people, Hk wallahs, Japan wallahs all coming at 3 figure income per hour.

Apun giving salaries in apla company, can be higher or lower aur kidhar

Dear all,

I would appreciate if anyone can post info on pay package in telecom sector. I have more than 8 years of experience in telecom on international level (several countries in Asia)and have core indepth technical and business knowledge of GSM and Mobile Satellite Industry. Have accredentials from UK Fraud Forum, GSM Association, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners USA. Key speciality skillsets are Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, Credit Control and Business Development.

I know some of the above may not be recognised in Canada, but would like to know from anyone who is associated in the telecom industry (Eg Telus, Bell Canada, Virgin Mobile, Rogers etc) Even if any of your friends who are associated to the said industry , info from them will help a lot.
