Hi,
I would like to know of any bank(or the procedure)which can convert the indian rupees into one savings account or even an nre rupees account into canadian dollars and send it to a canadian bank in Canada/Toronto.

With Indian funds , Buy American express travellers cheque and then deposit them anywhere you want and in any currency you want
