I went through the site (http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca)
Was not able to find where its states that you have to submit the list of things to follow within 40 days of landing.
Also it does not say how much time window one has to use this stamped list to get stuff across to Canada. I do hear that CD's have used this approved list after 2 years or so.

What about car, can one still use the list if it happens to have a car listed in the goods to follow
