I am an Indian Citizen, residing in the US for the past 3 yrs. I am currently on a H1B visa and plan to apply for a Canadian PR. I seek guidance , from your expertise, if I would be eligible to apply from the US and if on getting the Canadian PR, my current H1 status would still be valid. Kindly guide if I could go ahead with the filing of the American GC as well.Would be most grateful, if you could help me seek answer to this query at the earliest.
