guideline on my visa /PR application
would like receive professional guideline on my visa /PR application.


I am married to candian citizen on 03-11-2003, unfortunately he is not in position to sponsor me as he previously sponsored his parents, and they breached the contract and had seek the assistance from government.


So I have applied for PR-Skilled category on 24-02-2005, I have mentioned that I am married to citizen of Canada (provided the proof), and I have scored about 68 Points with IELTS score of 6 and experience of 6 +

My question is now
1) Can I apply for Visitor visa and can my husband provide me an invitation letter.

2) I am trying to get job permit, if my employer sponsors me, will I get a work permit?

3) If I approach on humanitarian grounds will they grant me a visa? Considering me as sensitive case (spouse)

4) In my case will I get PR and when will embassy acknowledge my application
