Anybody applied for permanent resident card on an urgent basis by showing proof of travel and proof of payment for the ticket? How many days it took to get the PR card?

On my online application status they says,
We received your application for a permanent resident card on January 22, 2013.
We started processing your application on January 28, 2013.
Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on February 4, 2013. You will be notified by mail within four weeks and invited to pick up your card at the CIC office closest to you.
We returned your application to the Case Processing Centre on February 4, 2013. The Case Processing Centre will continue to process your application within the normal service standards.
I dont understand what they mean by returned? Pls advice

You can't hurry the CIC as they work at their own pace. It it's that urgent they expect you to leave the country and apply for a Travel Document to allow you to return whcih too takes time.
The current times are about 80 to 90 days. I applied for my PR card in mid Nov 12 and received it 5th Feb 13.
Hope this helps.
In my wife's case, they took 5 days after we sent them the travel documents.
FYI - We faxed the documents.
Don't worry, if you don't get it on time. You can always apply for a travel doc. from the Canadian High Commission in the country you're visiting.
