Hi

I am going for my first time home Mortgage. To get the preapproval mortagage one of the bank ask me to come with certain information and bank will pull down my credit score. Can some one advise me How good it is ? Do all the bank require to pull down credit score ?

Asking for the free crdit report from Equifax and Transcanada do they follow the same or Does it effect to Credit score/Credit History ?

Please guide and suggest for the Preapproval mortagage.

I got loan without credit history. In fact, when my mortgage was sanctioned, we didn't have credit card nor we had a job. if you wish, I shall give you real estate,mortgage manager as well as lawyers who help that too home service.

I understand, getting mortgage is one thing (without any credit history); getting at good rate is another.

I felt at the time I accepted the mortgage rate, it was the best offer since I checked with other bankers like TD and RBC. I got 3.5% variable as well as fixed.

Gopalpai, congrats - pls pm me the mortgage representative phone number and the lawyer as well - by the way in which area are u planning to buy - I went to Mattamy homes in Milton during the weekends it was crazy- people was waiting in the queue for 48 hrs

I bought 3 BHK condo in etobicoke after 20 days of my landing and thanks I shifted 3 months back. I was lucky and it seems like miracle to me.
