Problem with Yahoo address book

Hi CDs,
I am facing a unique problem with my yahoo account on my desktop. All of a sudden, I am not able to see my address book like when I compose a new mail and I click on 'address book' to insert some address, a new window opens up which shows address.yahoo.com etc. etc. on the 'address bar' (the blue and grey rows) but nothing is displayed in the window. It is just plain white window. First I thought there is a problem with yahoo so I e-mailed to yahoo customer support but they said that everything seems fine at their end.

Just now I checked on my laptop and it worked, so there is definitely something wrong with my desktop or the settings. I can not figure whats wrong? Could anybody help me out, please?

Hey Sanjeev ...
What browser are you using? Has anything been changed recently - windows/browser update?

Try to revert back to Default for all Settings on the broswer.

It could be related to security settings.
Try lowering the security settings temporarily and then run the address book window.
You can also try adding *://*.yahoo.com in your secure sites list (assuming your account is in Yahoo.com. If it's yahoo.ca then use that).
If it works by either lowering the security level or by adding it to secure zone, then it's a permissions issue.
