Something is fishy....you are telling your story and it is one sided. might be something wrong in your end and you are trying to justified by blaming your husband WHO sponsored you and got you here with a direct permanent Residence. You MUST be thankful to him. If you were married in Europe, Autralia or UK, you could not get even permanent residence of that country up to three years and you husband could kick you out any time during those probationry period of three years .

I am not convinced with your story. If he had some other realations why he could sponsored you?? you have repeated the same typical story which normally female have done after getting PR and come to canada. Think If you were in India..what would you do? now you are saying to punish him just because you are in the country where female have some extra rights.

Again I am telling you that you are justifying only your end , If your husband make a complain against you , you may loose your PR also. so be careful, and act against him only if something is serious. don't do anything which may go against you.

I suggest you go back to your country and live happily. Bhagwan jo karta hai achhey ke liye karta hai.

Well i don't want to do debat with you but for your kind information, as far as i believe india women doesn't do this fraud kind of marriages,it is not in our culture....i did not marry with him for PR of canada, still i am not breaking relation, he is doing all this, yes it sounds strange to everybody why he sponsored me if he doesn't want me, same question was in my mind....he sd i was scarred of my parents and peoples i couldn't leave you there, i wish i could....newways there is a lot of things.....
No body could understand....i struggled like hell....to make my way here...i proved myself...i am not stupid indian lady...who just sit at home and cry...he ruined my life....i could have got married with somebodyelse....why the hell he got married and brought me here. Whatever i am doing here i have to do in order to survive, and i am doing really good.....

He used to think, i am from small town so i am dumb and stupid....he used to compare myself with this cheap modern girls and verbally abuse me all the times, is it a sign of descent guy?? now within 7 months only ....in this alian country...i am working as software developer....i slaped on his crap face....by doin good....why i should go back...and cry in front of my parents...
I wish ths type of peoples must learn their lesson...don't even dare to spoil anybody's life....specially indian girl....i was educated....so i made my way....but just think what happens to those girl who doesn't understand english, who can't support themself....how miserable is their life.....here
This is a big issue, in india government shd make some rules...to punish this type of wired guys..........

All i can say is to stay strong, i think you know exactly what you are doing or want to do with your ex husband, frankly speaking you don't sound like from a small village, you are a smart and educated person and I am sure you will find your way out from this difficult situation, don't forget you are in Canada and there is a lot of help available for abused women.
Don't take me wrong but there are lots of women in our community who are abusing the immigration system. I know quite a number of people who have sponsored their spouse and they either just disappeared from the air-port or they left their sponsor after few months.

This is what could have happened:

Both of you didn't know each other well before marriage.

Your ex would have thought that you will behave like women of his mom's (or your mom's ) generation since you are from a small town

Looks like he was dead wrong.

You are educated women, so you think you are equal to man. (which is true )

But your husband is expecting the old way ( he thinks he is the man of the house and hence the master of the house.)

Difference of opinion starts, they become arguments, you slap him on his face, he drags you out of his building. Now you want to take revenge on him by making him suffer the most for 'ruining' your life.

Ok, thats my perspective.


According to you, your ex, due to some strange reason, decided to marry you from India (instead of marrying anyone else in India or here) and went through all the pain of sponsoring you to Canada only to give you a divorce here.

Either he should be dumb
(to sponsor you here if he had a pre-meditated intention to divorce you)
or
we all should be dumb
(to believe your one-sided story)

Your ex ruined your life? gimme a break, your ex ruined his life too.

Something tells me you are not as innocent as you sound... something doesn't add up
