I need a massage therapist in miss./brampton area. My lower back hurts a lot, just wondering if massage helps!

I've tried massage therapy for lower back pain. I found that the overall relaxation feeling after a massage has helped reduce the pain a bit..but physiotherapy is the most helpful.

There is one physio at Rockwood mall (dixie & rathburn) called TAC Physitherapy. My wife said that they are good.

Can someone recommend a good massage therapist in Miss/Brampton? I see lot of advertisements but not sure which one is good.

Being on laptop for most my life, my back and hamstrings took toll...Went to Chiropractor and physiotherapist..Did not help much...Just need to do more physical activity..
