I have sponsered my parents and brother as a dependent , under family class . My sponsership to them was approved by Immigration dept. My parents filed the application to the Indian Immigration dept in December 2002. My brother is studying his master degree, and will be completing his study by June 04. Still we have not recieved any medical or other correspondence from ImmigQ
Q: A: Does he required to be in contineous study at the time of his Visa/medical/interview?
Q:B: If answer of above is yes then: Should he be in contineous study in the same filed or he can take a course other then his own profession ?
Q:C: What is definition of \" Contineous study\". i.e. dose he required to attand full time ? Or does he need to spend time for class as well as study/read for full time?

I also have another question re my inlaws. I have filed their file in 2002 March under family class. I have not received any further communication from Immigration dept. My Inlaws are saying that, when they receive visa, they will come and stay for around two to three months and return back to India. They are planning to come back after two years to Canada for good. How far this is possible? What is the minimum stay required in Canada during the first visit , so that they can stay out of canada for more than two years?

THERE IS NO MINIMUM LENGTH OF TIME THEY ARE REQUIRED TO STAY IN CANADA FIRST TIME AFTER LANDING.
