hello

I am in india.Got admission in masters program in ontario.Now i am preparing my documents for visa .
I have a very huge question in my mind..My Brother is in canada and he has applied my father as a parents immigration.I am a dependent of my father so i am also under this parents immigration.
Now i want to know that can i go to canada on a student visa.And how can i satisfy the canadian embassy that i will leave canada after completing my study.
Please tell my how can i show the ties with my country and what are the chanses of getting student visa.

As your PR is in process your best bet is that now you intend to stay in Canada. But no harm to apply for student visa and show the ties.

Write strong cover letter stating that after completion of studies you will return back to your country and will do bla bla bal (watever ur field related is). I would strongly recommend to get a bank loan for higher studies, doesn't matter after visa approval you use the bank loan or not. This is the biggest advantage / greener part for student visa approval.
Try showing some property, bank balance in your name as well.

If they call you for an interview and say that u r not going to come back to your country as ur PR is in process so you intending to stay, at that time you might say that you planning to come back after completion of study, and if your immigration is approved then you might decide to come back to Canada.....just make some good answers for their questions....
