Dear Friends,
I filled my PR Application in Sept 2004, and i got PR in APR 2005.
But during this period i got married in Mar 2005, which i didn't informed to immigration authority & landed alone in Apr 2005 for one week & then returned back.
Now i am planning to apply for my wife in INDEPENDENT category , from Vienna( where i am working), so i am confused that if ill mention the correct marriage dates that could cause any problem.
So please guide me in this issue.

You'll get in a lot of doodoo if you mention your correct marriage date. Safest bet is to get a registred marriage performed in Vienna and then apply with that documnet / date. be ready with an explanation when asked why you didn't get married in India.

How many times will you marry the same lady? One time in India and another time in Vienna Is it legal, first of all?
The only way is to make the current marriage look as though it happened after he got the PR.
How he will do this is upto him as he knows the full story.

What TK says is absolutely right. People mess around with their immigration process and ask these kind of questions.

You have to see what is written on your wife's passport. Does it have your name as husband? If she is in Vienna with you, does her Visa stamp say you are her husband? If either one of the above is true then you are s***wed.
Otherwise the only way out is to change the marriage date as though it happened after PR.
