Just need some help to understand, about a form that reads" Note to Applicant". Is it a mandatory form. It says that the form needs to be filled in English/french and Han Mun. Of the three ,English is the only language that I am familiar with. Does not mean that not knowing French or Han Mun and hence not filling the form in the said languages, would affect the application procedure. Pls guide.
