Native Language Question in form 5406 and 5669

Hi,
I have a question about filling some of the form details in Native language. In form 5406. The 1st question states to write all names in English and native language. My question is, is it OK if I just write the name in English language and skip writing it in Native language ?

There is also similar question of native language in form 5669. The 2nd question asks about writing full name of the principal applicant in native language or script. Again is it OK if I skip this question?

Please reply

No..you should not skip this question, as CIC might return the forms back to you as incomplete.

Yes, you can attach additional sheets. Just make sure you reference which question you are answering.

I donít want the names to be translated. A person must have a universal Latin inscription. You must check the spelling of your first and last name using plagiarism XXXXXX This will help to avoid problems at embassies and airports. I know several stories of a science plugin. A man wrote an article in a top magazine, but this text belonged to another person with the same surname.

Immigration forms are very specific and each line is meant to be for some-one specific and it refers to that person. Half the time they now want us to fill the same on the web and when you do it actually falls in the right places in their saved registry. So, be very careful and do not make any mistakes.

Always double check the spellings of names, places and all that you fill in the form.

Always go through the check list and make sure all items are done correctly and exact materials are enclosed.

Make sure the FEES are paid and receipts of all the monies paid are attached as called for.

Please make TWO sets of copies. One for yourself and one for the spouse too. (OR an extra one)

Then, courier it.

Good Luck.

FH.
