I filed the case in CHC New delhi, but now I realized that I also have to send the settlement funds information to them. How can I update my file?
Like while filling a new case we simply post them all the application and documents.
What needs to be done in this case, when u want to update ur file?
Do we also need to write an application stating our file number, documents we are sending and other necessary details?
or how is it done?

Hi Duncun,

Letter will be fine but with the following information.

File #.
Full Name (as in the application)
Date of Birth (optional)

And also if required you mailing address...either yours or the Agents.

Do not write out a long mail...keep it to the point.
