Believe me or not..
These statements are hurting BJP image more than it helps.. And BJP won LS election coz of development agenda.
If Modiji stay focussed on development and keep a check on the loudmouth party workers, then there are enough educated people willing to support him.
Also, I don't understand the idea of him wasting his time doing the election rallies, being PM of country he has better things to do and bigger responsibilities. People have shown faith in him, now it's time for him to reciprocate.

He won't, as he is a staunch RSS'ian. He can't afford to vilify the very people/coterie that made him what he is now - the most 'overestimated' PM of India.
This is not Vajpayi's BJP at all.

Modi did 24 Rallies in Bihar, There goes 24 days of prime minister-ship, TA/DA , naye suit ka kharcha alag sey ! if you include planning and travel time not to mentioned the zz security cost , What exactly Modi is doing ? spreading kingdom like an aurangjeb will do !!

IMO, there is some amount of misinformation being intentional spread in India, especially regarding the beef controversy.

He has correctly pointed at the root cause of this controversy and as I mentioned previously, it is the famed 'secular' media & social media which gets into overdrive to add their own flavor. All this while the top bosses at BJP have been playing defensive to stay as politically correct and responsible as possible while a few fringe elements within the BJP have added their own aggressive propaganda which added fuel to the media fire, to the liking of the TRP hungry media. As far I remember (I may have overlooked, open to correction), the central leadership DID NOT indulge in this beef politics but they were made to reply to instigating and leading questions - then their responses 'interpreted' as per the fancies of the 'secular' media.
The loss in Bihar was absolutely MODI/SHAH failure. MODI has to stop being the poster boy of ALL BJP events unless it is national level - the arrogance is irritating and nauseating. He has to start working like a PM for the entire country and get these fringe elements within the BJP/RSS under control. They also need a more intelligent media manager who knows how to keep the TRP hungry media on their side.
If they fail to read the writing on the wall - they deserve to be shown the door at every election to follow.

Good analysis. However, do you think Shah is also a fringe element when he stated that if BJP loses, there would be fireworks in Pakistan? What is the point to bring Pakistan into anything? Does it give a credence? They think it does, but the results show otherwise. What exactly does it mean? This is the very reason, why most people are put off with BJP. What good a leader be if he/she can't control these 'fringe' statements within his party, leave alone the ones on National level?
Modi is now the PM of India, and if he continues to show his handicap then what do you think will happen in 2019? He should get ready for it as well. Next is Punjab and UP in 2017. Unless, he does some drastic U-turn in terms of development, he won't have any chance. Mark my words.
I am in a way sad to see Lalu's comeback, but very happy for Modi's defeat, which was required to ground him, the Sangh team, and the 'rabid' followers. How much are they, only time will tell.
