Prior Appointment to visit BLS offices in Toronto/Brampton.

Is it a must to go to the BLS Offices in Toronto/Brampton only with prior appointments? Can one go and joint the que to avail their services?

Because when you try to book the appointment it always says no slots are available?

Need to submit application for Surrender Certificate and plan to travel from Waterloo on Friday afternoon and visit one of the BLS offices on coming Saturday.

Appreciate for any information in this regard.

You can just walk in and line up. Submission is from 8am to 2pm

It doesn't matter. Just pick one that is convenient for you. Keep in mind you have to go multiple times.
