Hello,
Can anyone tell me what are those medical issues due to which a person's PR application can be rejected ?
I am aware of AIDS, Cancer, Syphilis, and some forms of TB. What other diseases come in the list ?

It is a very delicate question.
As a humanitarian country, Canada’s discriminatory practices are not made public but the essence is that they will reject applications of person’s who will be a drag to the country’s economy or where it is found that with the disease that you have, you will be unlikely to work or perform your duties as a lawful tax payer.
Seniors can shed more light on this.
