Hi BL/GG,

Can you please explain how this mail box work? I replied tocertain messages I received but some of them (not all) are still sitting in my out box and are not showing in the sent box. Does that mean these are not delivered to the people for whom they were meant. It so, then these people who sent me mail, would be wondering why I did not reply to them. Does the message remain on server till the concerned person log to Canadian Desi as some of these messages were sent last month and did not reach the intended recipient.

When you write any message - it will be in your outbox.

When the intended recipant goes to "My messages" it will move to his/her "Inbox". It will also move the message from your "Outbox" to "Sent".

I never looked at details of this system, but this is how it should work.

If you want to test, just send me one message. You should be able to see it in your "Outbox". When I will check it you will see it moved to "Sent".

It means, messages in your outbox never delivered as those persons never checked messages.

I too have many messages in my outbox.

This explains every thing. It means those people never visited their mailboxes and hence the messages are still in my outbox.
