My sister is single 25 years old lives in pakistan and want to apply for canadian immigration from there. She has done her MBA(masters in business addministration) and currently working in a school as a kinder garten teacher. I have a couple of question regarding that
1) Is she eligible to apply according to education?
2) I heard ist easier if someone applies for saskechwana?
3) How long the proceedure normally takes?

1. She can't migrate to Canada as a school teacher under federal skilled category unless she has an arranged employment. Check the 29 occupations listed in CIC website.
2. If you can find an employer who can give her a permanent job offer, she can apply under SINP program
3. Saskatchewan SINP may take 6 months and PR process may take another one year ...
