My PR is getting expired in 12 February 2012 and I managed to complete only 398days inside Canada and now I am on a Job in Bahrain.

I could not settle out in Canada due to reccession and hard times in 2009 and 2011 as I found only temprorary Jobs in the end I got a job in Bahrain in 2009.

My wife has got the PR and plans to be in Canada next month.

I want to know the prospects of retaining my PR status as I want to resconsider the decision of getting back to Canada.

Kindly request with a firm advice as I plan to go back.

Appreciate if someone can advice me whether I can retain my PR as my wife have valid PR. Can she apply from within if I am inside with her.
At the moment I am outside Canada and my PR is expiring in next year 02/2012...Please advice
