Cant stop a dog barking near your fence and this dog is having skin disease, is hungry and a battered leg due to stone thrown by someone. It is rabbid since long and due to it always in biting mode but cant bite a strong guy, so it barks only from a distance.
I see no cure for this dog in near future. ANYONE having idea of line of treatment??
