This place always has an attraction that kids enjoy. : http://www.ontariosciencecentre.ca/ and not knowing the ages, I will give you the comprehensive list and you can choose a place that suits your liking. Or take one attraction at a time and see them all and make it memorable. Prepare yourself for it :

Take advantage of these opportunities as and when they present to you. They waive the entrance fees on such occasions and enables you to see a few more every year.

Last Year's: Places that were open: http://www.toronto.ca/doorsopen/pdf/kids-guide2009.pdf
Each year the DOORSOPEN will publish a list and the places that they throw open to the public. They may change the attractions from year to year. I have seen a few and paid to get into the others. But it is a week end that I look forward to seeing some or all of the attractions, and this year too.

For those that want to see the whole of Ontario, if not immediately, some time in the near future, when time permits, here is the next link for you to think about and see a few more attractions. : http://www.doorsopenontario.on.ca/userfiles/HTML/nts_1_119_1.html

Enjoy your visit to these attractions and have a Happy holiday.

Freddie.
