Hi Every one

In my previous question I asked about the nice neighbour hood around the tronto.

First of all I thanks to all these people who gave me suggestions or ideas.

I talked to my relative and search through this forum. My conclusion is as under

1. Rent the apartment for 6-12 months and afterwards decide the final destination.

2. Later on buy your own property to avoid the rent.

3. If some one want to buy the property She/He should buy the apartment in the Mississauga. Why most of the people emphasis to buy the apartment in Mississauga. Even I realized it is expansive in terms of rent and purchase.

Is Mississauga has a nice view. When I talk about NICE VIEW, in my mind picture of Europe comes.

Mississauga is preferred by many because of
- Schools.
- Good infrastructure and cleanliness except few congested areas.
- Mostly newer houses.
- Reasonable access to highways QEW, 401, and 407.
- Parks & Community centers.
