Guys
One my friends was denied entry to US though he had a valid b1/b2 visa. So basically he is self employed and had contracted with a US company. The letter from the US company clearly stated that he is going for client meeting and all the work will be done from Canada.
Seems like US custom agent took that as work being started off during his visit to US and asked him to apply for H1/TN visa.
The denial letter says application for admission withdrawn and the agent explained that they are not canceling the Visa. He is always welcome to come back with a different visa or reword his contract
Wondering if anybody has experienced this and share their thoughts
thanks
Did they put a small code on his visa as well?
