WE just got call from Airtel USA , and they offer 0.07 Cent per minute ... again this is not 0.07 $ which menas 7 Cent, they said its 0.07 Cent means less then a cent per minute.

looks suspiciouse , is any body has account with them ?
R they really offering this rate ?
please update your knowledge since i m thinking of going with them.

Try toll free numbers , no response..

they have called me get all my info ( including visa card for payement) and they said someone will call me in 24 hours.... so far two days , no confirmation ...

Yet, they didnt take out money from my viza but i will check everyday if i see some thing wrong ..

so dont trust with website, i m computer guy i can make extra ordinary website without having any company open.

lets hope this is not scam...can anyone tell me if they have heard any thing about airtel usa ?

Airtel Call Home -> It's not fake... It is Airtel's calling card stuff only, but u need a US credit card. Won't work with Canadian address and hence no one might have called back. I tried to sign up with them earlier, but can't do with my Canadian credit card. This is just like Tata true roots or Reliance call india

meetonline, the website you are referring to (airtelusa.com) does look suspicious. If you look tariff for India under "rate" page, it says 0.074. airtelusa.com is using Airtel's brand name but it is not Bharati Airtel (airtelcallhome.com).

There is not even yellowpages.com or whitepages.com listing for "AirTel Communications Inc."

I got a telemarketing call for airtelusa.com from Coimbatore, India. He was offering 0.06 cents per minute to make calls to India (less than 1 cent). They said they are part of Bharati Airtel, which they are not. I even called the US center of airtelusa.com and asked if you are part of Bharati Airtel. The woman who answered the phone tried to evade the question and said "it is not like that" and I will get an agent to call you back. Then a guy calls from India (claiming to be from Noida) and talks in Hindi and talks something like "bhaiya, aapne deal ke baare me call kiya tha?".

This "company" has nothing to do with Bharati Airtel.
