Hi , I am looking to buy a business under 250000 so as to be eligible for a loan under small business schemes , can any body on the forum who has actually obtained loan, guide me to a good broker or consultant for the same,
Also if you know of a good realtor dealing with buy & sell f business too.

ADVICE: If you chose to go with a broker - make sure you make it clear that you will only pay the fees IF the funding is approved / awarded.
