i am a canadian citizen and i just applyed for us waiver application at pearson airport the reason they gave me the us waiver for was i was overstayed in usa from apr 1997 to june 2000 for like 3 years and i dont have any criminal history at all now my question for you pplz is that is that easy to get the us waiver or not,plus how long do i have to do the us waiver thing i heard that if you dont have any crimnal history then they put u under 10 years bars is that mean after 2010 june i dont have to apply for us waiver or do i still have to apply for one help me out here plus is there anythingelse i can apply for other then us waiver to get into usa

my cousin has a same problem no criminal record but has overstayed in USA (also a canadian citizen) so has problems crossing the border can you please help me and advise how to go ahead and file for US waiver whats the procedure and how much would it cost and how long does it take? your help would be greatly appreciated.

i have been refuse entry to USA in year 2003. and i have been call for judge hearing. i did not attend hearing due to, not availabe in canada. now i am canadain citizen. i am in process to apply for usa entry waiver. kindly, any one have a past experience please advice me what is a right way to do. i have been charge from us immigration overstayed for 3 years and operated business without authrisation.
