What if the TRV get refused for parents ? whats next

I have already applied for their sponsorship under family class. i am going to apply for their trv visa now. just curious what to do in case of their visit visa application get rejected.

Any suggestions ?

You cannot submit applications for two different visa types. You have already applied to sponsor your parents under family class category. You have to wait for a decesion from Immigration canada. I would suggest that you wait for the Immigrant Visa. The TRV will be rejected immediately and, the officer will delay your other file.Do not be in a hurry and desparate and screw it all up.

Are you sure about this? I think, you can apply for a TRV while you sponsoring papers are in the works too but I am not too sure.

Also, the chances of rejection may be high here if the visa officer is not convinced of the (dual) intent. Net-net, the office needs to be convinced that the person will return before the TRV expiry date. hi

it is better advice u to contact cic.gc.ca, call him on 1800 number they will definately give u a right answers, it is better to clarify with them. because they are 100 % sure of our questions.

If the visa officer is convinced that it is a genuine case for TRV, then they do grant the Visas. I have sponsored my parents in the Family Class and they are here on TRV, visiting me in Canada, for the second time around. All in all, the intent and the actions have got to be transparent and convincing. I can tell this from my experience.
