Mr. Massood,
I applied for travel document in november 2005. recently i got a letter from CIC that as i have not complied with residency obligations , my application has been refused.
as on date of determination i was found short by 142 days against the required 730 days. i made the application on H & C grounds citing family circumstances and professional commitments.

my questions are:
1) how much time the decision of appeal made after filing notice of appeal. i mean how much time the entire process will take
2) whether it will be better to file my fresh application for pr instead of waiting long for appeal decision.
3)whether there will be any positive or negative implications that i lost my pr status due to non compliance of residency obligations on my fresh application
4)in case i decide to file an appeal , should i submit with notice of appeal, my submission alongwith documents in support of my appeal on the H&C grounds or i should wait for further instructions to submit these documents.
5) what are the success chances to get a positive decesion.
6) is it better to hire a lawyer to represent
7) do you provide such services
8) what are your charges

I understand that Mr. Massood is busy and i am sure he will give his advice as soon he will get time
but i am wondering though 115 cd viewed my post no body put his thought.i understand they might not have the idea about the problem.
I hope any body who have gone through the same problem i.e. losing pr due to non compliance of residency obligation will share his experience.
