hey shahid...can u tell me how u got student visa while PR was pending? did they cal u for interview? how did u convince CHc delhi to give student visa? i ask as i have applied for PR too but due to the very long time its taking, i too want to come to canada on student visa while PR process continues. what city or univ are u in currently?

Here are the illegal stuff you are helping:
(i) Carrying some one else's photo id (Passport, Photo Drivers Licence) across international borders is a crime. Also sending them by other means like couriers/postal etc.
(ii) When shahid_candy moved to Canada for his studies from India, he has the responsibility to inform CIC, New Delhi of his new address. And then CIC would transfer his file to Buffalo.
If you are so upset about some one's language on this board, how come you are happy to support criminal activities?

Well, you are supposed to request CIC to move your immigration file to Buffalo if you are now living in Canada. You did not comply with the rules and hence you have the problem.
Well I think u r the one who understand this case more than anyone!
He was on student visa and had applied for PR at delhi. He is legally living as student and got visa for PR status. The only mistake he made is not moving file to buffalo as u said.
Now when did I say I support bringing PP by mail or by some person?
He is only asking someway around this problem (IF there is any)!!
