How do I pay my Electricity (AEC) and LIC premium online from Canada?
I have checked with HDFC bank but they have a limit of 5 policy for LIC.

Is any other service available?

What I understand from your Query is that you have a LIC policy in Indian Rupees. When you pay the premium in Indian Currency using any of the methods then your policy maturity proceeds will be paid to you in India in Indian Rupees.

If you need the Maturity Proceeds in Foreign Currency then you have to Take permission from RBI and Pay the premiums also in Foreign Currency.
