surinder,
i am back in india but that does not mean i not like canada. canada is a wonderful country to live in if one is having a descent job or lot of money to spend.
here in india when i read morning newspaper i see that the newspaper is full of crimes. daily new news or rapes in taxies, buses .
threre are plus and minus of living at a place . no place is perfect. its nature of most of we indians to complaining all the times.
if you are there in canada ,enjoy fresh air and water there and if you are not satisfied there come here. you will enjoy company of lot of complaining stuff here.

Maybe you had some connections with Canada from past life which you had to resolve. Every thing that happens is an opportunity for growth for our spirit in its journey over a number of lifetimes.

I am trying to think what that could mean for a person who has moved to Canada , but could not make it here...

What kind of connection could have existed in a past life between Canada and this person?

Serious question.

All his/her bad karma of past life made him come to the camp. Now is the opportunity for person to think and think what is good of life and what is not so good. Learn to be satisfied in less lesser and least...........In this camp every day you get 8 hrs straight to write account of your karma..... get going and enjoy your very old relationship with Canada. Probably next life your close proximity to US will get you there on immigration status .....:) ohm shanti

I came 3 years back to canada did some labor job in security for 6 month for survival, after applying more than 400 resume in 6 months got a descent IT job but kept on applying and upgrading for better job, now I am with Ontario Ministry I&IT cluster, feels sense of security and achievement. I enjoy working here for 10 months to generate money for myself as well to send back home and enjoy 2 months in India that fulfils my thirst to socialise with my family and friends in India. I feel lucky to enjoy both the worlds. I hope everyone succeed and have good future.

Good Luck and Best Wishes.

Hello ptm

Thanks for reminding that we have complaining habbit.
Yes there is lot of fresh water and air but no good job until unless I spend on education. I am not the only person complaining about this. There are people from other countries also who has same complaint.
Thing is that people who come here on point basis are most exploited immige
rants. Illiterate people make fun of them because they are earning more than a engineer or doctor.
I am telling you person who has not enough links here ends up in a warehouse, where they kill you everyday.(smart slavery) . One of my friend who was a project incharge in india cried on phone while talking to me. Coplaining about jobs does not mean I have not tried for job. I have five years working experience on AutoCAD and worked in an japanese automobile company still no job.
Hope you understand the position of a family man.

Surinder

hi surinder,
i understand your pain and agony. its really very tough in initial 2-3 years.when one leave a settled and successful life back home and venture in a new country ,definately there begins a new phase of struggle. persons who are young and single sail through this hard time comparing to those who are married and 30 plus.
i am sorry if i hurt you . there i also used to talk to fellow immigrants about non availability of jobs.forget about relevant jobs , it is not easy to get odd jobs. even for security job they insists that you should have car.
but at same time persons who sticks to their profession finally see the light at the end of tunnel.
its need lot of courage and patience.
i am 40 plus.recently one of my friends advised me to come there as a student and to concentrate on doing cga for two years. for him it is easy to give such advice but for me that is not so easy . even after doing the said course i will save the same amount which i am already earning here.
i think canada immigration is best for persns who are below 30 and for those who are not so well settled back home.
another thing that baffled me is kids future. some persons saying they are there for children future others saying there is no children future.environment is such that hardly children pays much attention to studies.
i think its the enviornment in home and parents approach which play a signifant role in children success anywhere. offcourse all in GOD's hand.its destiny which takes its own course inspite of our best efforts.
you seems to spend more time than me in canada. you know more than me.
here in india things are not so rosy. it was mainly my professional work here which stopped me here.
instead of new immigrants look toward settled immigrants who are doing good there. also try to focus on present trend of job requirement in your relevant field . sooner or later you will make it.
