Can anyone explain the difference between post-graduate and under-graduate degree program?
Please correct me If I am wrong:
An under-graduate degree program in a University is for those students who donot possess any degree and HighSchool graduate can also take admission in under-graduate degree programs of Canadian Universities but post-graduate degree program is for those students who already have a degree and a high school graduate cannot apply for post-graduate degree program unless he has completed his college.

Can you explain how my question complicated the issue? As far as my friend is concerned , I am not in touch with him for some times.
