Hi Mr. Masood,
I was wondering if this is the right time for my cousin sister to apply for her canadian immigration. She has just quit her job back in India. She does qualify as skilled labour ( last time we checked she scored around 80 points - asuming she pass her IELTS exam). Her brother is in Canada for past 6 months( he is PR).
- She would be looking for a new job in India, does she have to get a job before she should apply for canadian immigration or she can apply it right away?
- Since her brother has only been here for 6 months, should she wait for a year, so he has his tax returns filed and then apply ( as her brother can send her some proof that he is employed and doing well and there should be no problem in getting those 5 points)
- Does your firm have offices in India ( Mumbai / Pune ) where she can go and consult personally?

She should apply now. No need to obtain a job before applying. She will get 5 points for brother right away.
We don't have offices in MUMbai/Pune yet. She can contact our Delhi or Chennai offices.
