I have applied for my parents immigration and case is still pending in Canada(file is not opened yet).

My question is , Can I eligible to apply for my parents visiting visa.(TRV).

yes they can apply for visitor's visa but may not be issued. You can try. There's no harm.

I applied for parents immigration in 0ct,2004 and have not heard any thing except a letter of acknowledgement.

Is there a way to speed up the process of parents sponsorship case...
