I need some urgent help if anyone can respond

1. How long it takes to get Health Insurance in Ontario Canada?. Is the three months waiting period must?.
2. We have PR status, if we will have baby outside Canada, how can we get PR status for the new born baby.
3. What will be the implications of having baby outside canada on our PR status.
