The visa specific instructions under "work experience" say
"Notarized employement contracts with present and past employers"
and original and up-to-date letters of reference from present and past employers and stamped with compan's seal"
But I have only the experience certificates from my past employers and the appoinment letter from parent indian company.
So should I send them my original experience certificates or only the notarized photocopis will do ? and is this same with my appointment letter ?what's the "letter of reference"? as I can't get any documnets from my past employers.

Never submit your originals. The originals can be presented and verified during interview.
Get the copies notarised and send them with your application. A letter of reference is something what we call an experience certificate.
If you cant get documents from your past employers, just submit your contract letters, appointment letters.
However do give the contact numbers of your past employers, they might be contacted by the CHC to verify your past experience.
You might send an original reference letter from your exisiting employer, as you can always get another one from him later on.
