Hello Masoodji,
Iam refering to citizenship application filed by me along with my son and daughter in June'2003.At the time of filing My son's age was 16years and 9 months (Date of birth-sep'86).
file was transfered to Mississauga in Dec'2003,called for written test in Jan'2004.
since then i have been contacting Immgration office ,all the time reply is my son clearance is not recieved from ottawa.
recently,on 8 Dec'2004 my daughter and myself were called for oath ceremony with a letter stating that my son has reached Major status during the process so, he needs to file an adult application for reconsideration.
right now, my son is studying in india and falls short of 3years stay period in canada.
how am i gone proceed now? what options are there?help me out Massoodji.

He has to meet the requirements as at today. He has to apply when he meets the requirements again.
