I have the original CD of Office XP but not the documents since that is kept in the custody of office. Since I have it one copy original since it is for my computer given by the office. Will it work ? Can I take my Laptop with Windows XP installed in it or should I remove it and installed Linux which is free?
Please guide me.
Thanks

Could you please tell me if it is possible to use Linux as OS and use MSOffice(Normally designed for windows OS) ...(I feel that it may not work completely as they are competitors) or maybe there is another version of MSOFFICE available which can easily work with both the OS...
-or- any word / xls. file can work with Linux based OS Office Software..
