i need Need Rental agreement application as i am going to rent my house.
if anyone knows any website that has application form.

Particularly ... from some miseries (result of renting to some strangers ..)

Or, you can see if Ontario Government has a standard template for Tenancy Agreement. Something like this:

This was what I used for my suite along with a manually typed supplement containing the conditions not covered in the standard template.
